History of Glenlake

Glenlake was established in 1979, with the first houses being built in 1980. The subdivision started with Phase 1, but Phases 2, 2A, and 3, the Drummond Addition, River Pointe and Panther Hollow were all added over subsequent years. Inclusive of these areas, we are currently at about 90% build-out. In total, there are 187 lot owners with 10 lots still undeveloped at this time.
